Chongqing Zongshen Component Manufacture Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996. It is located in Zongshen Industrial Zone, Ba’nan District, Chongqing. The company specializes in aluminium alloy casting and machining. The company has two major parts: casting and machining. The casting factory covers 27,000 square meters, and owns more than 40 sets die-casting machines with 280~2,000 tons capability. The machine brands include Buhler, Toshiba, Yuzumi, LK, etc, with annual output capability of 20,000 tons. The machining workshop covers an area of 30,000 square meters, with more than 600 machining equipments, including more than 400 machining centers. There are more than 20 flexible machining centers, special processing center production lines and automatic robot production lines, which has 5 fully automated flexible manufacturing cells (in Chengdu and Chongqing factories), and branch plants was established in Chengdu, Sichuan.

The company is specialized in the parts and components of automobiles, motorcycle engine, marine power (high speed boats) engine, general dynamics, electric power, diesel engine, etc, with annual sales of more than 4 billion Yuan. Many famous companies are our customers, for example, American MTD, Shanghai GKN, FAW-VW, Land Rover, Fiat and Ford, etc. In order to guarantee the machining quality of high precision products, the key process of machining is processed by imported high precision equipment. Our company imported advanced production and testing equipment from Germany, Japan and other countries. Also we have the national first level detection center and the rapid prototyping and development unit. The company has established a sound management system, and implemented ERP and MES information management system.
